Our liability for damages is limited to the value of the services provided.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lady Lake Movers, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your actions during the move or failure to comply with these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Lake County, Florida.
